Xinyi Yang

Xinyi (pronounced Shin-yi/欣怡) is an illustrator currently based in New Jersey. Her work explores psychological landscapes through a sense of tranquility and nostalgia. She likes to use paper textures and delicate pencil strokes, like a soft meringue melting on the tongue, allowing the audience to take it in slowly.

“I like dogs and lizards. I like interiors and furniture. I enjoy the psychological effects that different spaces have on me."
